BUILDING WITH BOOKS - An Ongoing Harvesting from the Remote Corners of the Interweb

They often say that you can live inside your books. Well, some people have taken that maxim literally.
We are, needless to say, overjoyed this list exists. A seven-storey, 30,000 book Tower of Babel, a self-sustaining igloo and a liveable house made from 7000 phone books are among the offerings that some of the world's more literarily inclined builders and artists have turfed up. It'd probably be hard to get council approval to erect most of these in your own yard (and they're shocking in the rain), but they do make for an impressive conversation piece.
